First off, about the pic: That's "Maxie". She's an 11 week old French Bulldog who laid at my feet exhausted one day in August at the Melrose Market Street Fair, here in Los Angeles. Look at that face. And some think I'm crazy about dogs? How could you not be?
Now for something Human: As days go by and I get a bit older as they do, I realize more and more that I am pretty much responsible for my own happiness and my own circumstance - not forgetting that SHIT DOES HAPPEN - and that I am NOT responsible for Life being Life on Life's Terms. Bad things happen to good people all the time.
